Project of improving eye care in children and Diabetic patients
This project focuses on reducing avoidable blindness and visual impairment in children by screening all children with or without disability in the districts of Kurunegala, Galle, Anuradhapura, Badulla & Puttalam and providing free spectacles for children with refractive errors. In addition, the project will address diabetic patients’ eye care with a multi-pronged approach for increasing awareness, increasing opportunities for screening, and streamlining referrals.
We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of diabetic individuals and their families in our community by ensuring better vision, and we do this by providing you with accurate scientific information.
